All pupils must wear the correct school uniform with their hair neat and tidy. Correct shoes are to be worn for each subject if required. All uniform can be purchased from Dance and Fancy Dress of Hitchin.
Parents are not allowed to watch classes unless given permission to do so.
One free trial lesson will be given per student, per subject. This also includes adult classes.
Fees must be paid by the third week of term or a late fee will be charged. The late fee is equal to 10% of the total invoice but no more than £10.
A 10% sibling discount is applied to the sibling participating in the fewest classes OR of the lowest value.
Half a terms notice must be given in the event of termination of lessons. In the absence of sufficient notice, half a terms fees will be required.
Lessons missed by pupils are forfeited. Refunds will not be given.
If classes are cancelled by Hitchin School of Dance, they will be rescheduled. If it is not possible for the school to reschedule, a refund will be given to the students concerned. If a student cannot make the rescheduled lesson, a refund will not be given.
Regular attendance is essential otherwise pupils are liable to be exempt from examinations.
